Services

LeadPloy provides software development, automation and related digital services as agreed upon in individual project scopes and contracts.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of custom software developed specifically for them. LeadPloy retains the right to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is”. LeadPloy is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of software or services provided.
